British director Jim Field Smith’s first comedy movie of the year She’s Out of My league is set to be released across the US on March 12th, 2010. The movie has been written by John Morris and Sean Anders.

The movie stars Canadian actor Jay Baruchel who plays the role of an airport worker named Kirk alongside British actress Alice Eve who plays the role of the character of Molly who is a smart and sexy woman in the movie. Another major character in the movie is that of Kirk’s ex girlfriend Marnie whose role is played by Lindsay Sloane.

The She’s Out of My league movie starts with Kirk working as a Transport Security Administration officer at an airport. He doesn’t have big goals in his life and his sole aim right now in life is to win back his ex-girlfriend Marnie.

But fate has something else installed for Kirk and he meets the beautiful and sexy Molly and against all odds starts dating her. Initially, Kirk is really excited at getting together with a girl like Molly but soon his insecurities start to ruin the relationship.

While Kirk is with Molly he feels insecure and doesn’t feel very confident. His insecurities get even worse when his friends and family members advice him against the relationship.

The character of Kirk goes through a lot of ups and downs in the movie. The movie is packed with humor and promises to be entertaining and interesting for an entire family.

Famous Hollywood superstar Robert Pattinson’s first movie of the year 2010 is not another Twilight movie but the film called Remember Me. This romantic drama movie is directed by Allen Coulter and is planned to be released on March 12th, 2010.

The movie follows the story of a rebellious man who has an extremely edgy relationship with his father after his brother commits suicide. In the film the role of the rebellious young man is played by actor Robert Pattinson and the role of the father is played by ex- James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan.

The character of Tyler comes across of someone who is really disturbed and doesn’t think that anyone understands him but all of this changes when he meets Ally, whose role is played by Emilie de Ravin, through a strange twist of fate.

Although Tyler is not looking for a relationship and trying to deal with his demons he can’t help but fall in love with Ally who seems to understand and heal him with her presence.

However, this beautiful relationship is threatened when certain secrets are revealed by both the lovers and it starts to threaten their relationship. The very thing that brought them together is now set to tear them apart.

This is an exceptionally powerful movie about the power of love and is showcased in an excellent manner.

All the stars in the movie showcase great performances including Chris Cooper who plays the role of Ally’s father Neil Craig and Lena Olin who plays the role of Tyler’s mother Diane Hirsch.

One of this year’s most awaited films, the Green Zone, is set to be released on the 12th of March, 2010. The movie stars famous Hollywood star Matt Daemon and has been written by Brian Helgeland. The movie has been directed by Paul Greengrass who is well-known for his action and real-life adaptation movies such as United 93 in 2006, Bloody Sunday in 2002, The Bourne Supremacy in 2004, the Bourne Ultimatum in 2007 and a number of other action packed movies.

The Green Zone film is based on a book that was written in 2006 by journalist Rajiv Chandrasekaran, the book is called Imperial Life in the Emerald City. The movie gets its name from the Green Zone that is located in Baghdad, Iraq and tells the story of the area before the American surge in Iraq.

Matt Daemon plays the role of Roy Miller who is a warrant officer assisting the CIA to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Another major star in the movie is Amy Ryan who plays the role of Lawrie Dayne who works with the Wall Street Journal and is trying to find hard facts and reasons for claims made by the US about weapons of mass destruction being located in Iraq.

Some of the other stars in the film are Greg Kinnear who plays the role of Clark Poundston who is a special intelligence officer at Pentagon and Brendan Gleeson who plays the role of a CIA chief in Baghdad named Gordon Brown.

Tell me is there anyone who doesn’t eagerly wait for a movie starring Johny Depp? And when the movie in question happens to be such a prolific piece of literature as Alice in Wonderland, the expectations and anticipation are sky-high.
What’s more, this movie isn’t just all about the mad-hatter role that Johny Depp essays but myriad of reasons and features. To start with, the movie’s going to make use of a combination of live and animated action. The storyline isn’t one inspired by the two volumes written by Lewis Carroll but is rather an “extension” of them. Take into consideration the fact that it’s directed by Tim Burton and you have all the reasons why people are so looking forward to this film.
Set to release on the 5th of March, 2010, Alice in Wonderland stars Mia Wasikowska in the title role. She plays 19 year old Alice Kingsleigh. The story begins with Alice attending what she presumes is just another Victorian party. In truth, though, it’s her own engagement party, arranged by her sister and mom. The party proceeds to the point where the utterly boring Lord Hamish Ascot gets the chance to claim everyone’s attention as he proposes to young Alice.
Just at that moment Alice happens to spot the familiar old white rabbit and chases after him, falling down the hole and reentering the world of Underland (or rather Wonderland), that she’d visited nine years ago. Her reunion with the many friends she made in the past and acquaintance with the current circumstances in Wonderland is what the rest of the movie is all about.

Actor and director Roger Lim’s first movie of the year 2010 will be the film American Asian which is planned to be released on the 15th of December, 2010. This will be Roger Lim’s second movie as a director; his first was the movie AmerAsian in 2009. The movie has also been written by Roger Lim who also plays the lead role in the film.

American Asian is a sport drama movie that has Roger Lim playing the role Eric aka Steve who is a graduate trying to fake his identity so he can have another shot at the college baseball league for one last time.

While Eric is on his quest to get back into the team he meets the character of Danny aka Brian, whose role in the movie is played by actor Andy Hnilo, who is also another graduate trying to fake his identity.

Once Eric gets into the team he forms an unlikely bond with Coach Pierce, whose role in the movie is played by actor Harry Triplett, and takes a liking to Assistant Coach Amy Pierce whose role in the film is played by actress Angel Monroe.

In his quest for stardom Eric soon realizes that he is playing with the trust of a lot of people in the team including Coach Pierce and Amy. So, when the big game arrives he is in a conundrum to let his coach down by not playing the game or playing it and getting himself banned for life.

Bored and depressed with all the snow you’ve seen lately? Well, you’ll probably need some cheering up pretty soon. But you won’t have to wait long. Cop Out, a Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan comedy film is releasing on the 26th of February, 2010.
The action comedy promises relief from bad weather and all that entails, through the best medicine, laughter and entertainment. Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan play buddy cops up against the most ridiculous situations. Their job involves locating a missing baseball card, and saving a damsel among other things. Their antics as they go about doing their job are hilarious to watch.
Script writers and brothers, Rob and Mark Cullen have created the sort of dialogue that will ensure a laugh a minute. Directed by Kevin Smith, this comedy film has seen its title change a few times since its announcement in March last year. It started out as A Couple of Dicks which obviously didn’t go down smoothly. They then changed it to the staid A Couple of Cops but decided against that as well in December when they finally settled on Cop Out as the title.
The trailers for this upcoming movie hit theaters in December around Christmas time and have been well-received. Distributed by Warner Bros, the movie cast also includes Adam Brody, Guillermo Diaz, Kevin Pollak, and Seann William Scott.
It’s the first movie that Kevin Smith is only directing. All his previous movies were both written and directed by him. Producing credits go to Marc E. Platt, Michael Tadross and Polly Johnsen.

Dear John is scheduled to be released in the month of February of 2010. It is romantic drama. The lead characters of the film are Amanda Seyfriend and Channing Tatum. The movie is an adaptation from a novel of Nicholas Spark of same name.

The credit of directing this wonderful movies goes to Lasse Hallstrom. This movie Dear John in fact is the most awaited movie of the year. Dear John explores the love dynamics between a young couple. However, if you have read the book you will be able to know what the additions and alternations that have been made in the movie in order to dramatize the plot.

John Tyree is a young solider. He meets Savannah when he comes home on a leave from his job to North Carolina. Tyree falls in love with Savannah at his very first sight. She always came in his minds. This girl at that time was pursuing a special course from Wringhtsville Beach. After few meeting they both in love with one another.

But now time has come for John to start leading his army life again. As a result, he is compelled to leave his girlfriend for the work commitments. John when leaves his beloved promises her to marry after he compels his tenure in Army. He promises to come back to her after he finishes up his operation.

So, they keep in touch with each other by means of writing letters. They keep on writing letters for about seven years. The letters of Savannah were the only things, which kept him going amidst all the hardships of life. The memories of being together kept their passion alive and so the physical distance didn’t act as an obstacle in their relation.

Everything seemed to be perfectly fine until and unless the disaster of 9/11. The spirit of revenge and fear made John forget his beloved. He then fully committed himself to serve his nation. Time went through and Savannah simply kept waiting. Then came one day when she wrote a letter to him bidding him goodbye forever.

Dear John movie is simply a great exploration of relationships and emotions. There are some sub plots, which have been entwined elaborately to the main plot. If you really want to know what really happens to the relationship of John and his beloved, watch out the movie. It’s a wonderful movie.
